Lately, Judah has been having a hard time falling asleep at naptime if Courben is in the room. It’s not necessarily either of their faults, they just giggle and play together instead of resting. So, this week, I decided to put Judah down for nap and spend 20-30 minutes doing some intentional school with Courben. He is soaking it up! He’s been working on beginning reading, measuring items to the nearest inch, and writing simple words. Some of these activities were spurred on by him, like today’s “how to take apart and put every office pen back together.” His initiation and love for learning is admirable. The other plus is that Judah is falling right asleep and getting the rest he needs.
