Have I mentioned we moved to the South? Why else would we be able to carve pumpkins in late October in t-shirts? Really, we should have been wearing shorts; it was that hot! Also, I’ve come to realize that the only reason we carve pumpkins at our house is for my own enjoyment. Courben just wanted to color all over ours with permanent marker, and Judah wouldn’t be caught dead touching the pumpkin guts. At least we had other adults to carve with while our kiddos wandered around trying to steal our markers and knives.
