We wanted to go public with our recent decision.
We’re ADOPTING!
For the past month, I’ve been bombarded by conversations, videos, stories, and more all revolving around adoption. Nate and I have known for a long time that God has called our family to this, but we were just waiting on timing. After talking with Nate, we’re certain that the time is now. God has made it pretty clear in the Bible that we are all to take care of orphans and widows, and He’s certainly not saying, “no” right now. So, here we go! We’ve decided to go with a Christian agency in Ohio, called Spirit of Faith. We will know within the next week whether we are accepted into their program. The hope is to adopt an infant, and the boys have their little hearts set on a baby sister. As always, I’ll use this blog to keep you in the loop and up-to-date with this journey. We covet your prayers and can’t wait to share the next bit of news with you!
